The Shift Leader plays a critical role in keeping operations running smoothly during their shift. You'll oversee team members, manage opening and closing procedures, handle customer concerns, and ensure quality standards are met at every step. Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of restaurant experience looking to step into management.

We're looking for a motivated Delivery & Catering Coordinator to manage our growing off-premise business. You'll coordinate orders from third-party platforms, package catering orders with care, liaise with delivery partners, and ensure our starbirds dishes arrive fresh and on time. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily operations at Starbird chicken. Responsibilities include staff scheduling, inventory management, vendor relations, P&L oversight, and upholding our brand standards.
